However, in reading the details of the document you will realize that the information provided is actually pretty vague. This is a scam. Please avoid the urge to make any contact or call the numbers provided on the document.

To ensure the legitimacy of any document, never utilize the contact information provided on mailers such as this. Instead, reach out to your lender/warranty company/trusted contacts regarding your home using contact information that was provided to you at the time of set up.
