Car Chase 6/18/2026

Shortly before Noon on June 16,  2026, deputies from the Coffey County Sheriff's Office attempted to conduct a routine traffic stop, which quickly escalated into a vehicle pursuit near 21st and Fauna in Coffey County.  The chase came to a safe conclusion shortly thereafter.  

We want to thank the Burlington Police Department for their assistance in bringing this pursuit to an end without incident.
